When I got in I made sure to explain to the gentleman that I was there for a 15000 service, and stated I needed a ride back as requested when I set up the appointment. He rushed me away, and I think it was because he was in a conversation when I got there, but he did state affirmatively that I was getting those things. Well after an hour wait for a ride, I asked for an update, was told he forgot, and then he got be a ride right away. Then when I picked up my car there was nothing that showed I got my 15000 mile service, and honestly I believed I needed breaks, because occasionally there is a squeak. I just left in frustration. I'll probably stop going to this place. It's not close, I really believe the original salesman was racist after I said a confederate flag on my car would be racist, but he kept saying it even after that fact, and I don't know why I've remained loyal when I honestly believe I can get a better experience elsewhere. More
Had appointment for oil change and it took 1. 5 hours to complete. Very disappointed that it took so long given we had an appointment. We will try one more time as service person did provide a dis 5 hours to complete. Very disappointed that it took so long given we had an appointment. Unfortunately this is the second time I have had issues with Shottenkirk Chevy. I had a service appointment scheduled that would include a service vehicle. I had multiple issues that needed to be resolved with Shottenkirk Chevy. I had a service appointment scheduled that would include a service vehicle. I had multiple issues that needed to be resolved and I was not able to spend a large amount of time waiting. Once I got there they informed me that there was no service vehicles available. I specifically scheduled on this date so I was able to get a vehicle. I will be switching dealerships as I have had to many issues with Shottenkirk. More
Not the best customer service. The service guy didn’t have time for small talk or any talk. Asked to have the technician check an issue and he paid no attention to my comments.
