Our lease was about to expire and we were not able to find a suitable replacement. Because of that, we purchased the truck. Overall a great experience. A couple of things to note. When I got in my car to leave I noticed the edge along the front door was very dirty and dusty. Secondly, I had asked when I made the appointment to change all three wipers. I had to sit and wait due to them not having the rear wiper on hand. They informed me they had to order it from O Riley’s. I would think if the request was made at the time of appointment, about a week in advance, you would make sure you had the wiper on hand. More

I had to take the traverse back to have the service department fix the door latch that was disconnected during other inspection work and something simple, the technician not putting back the glove box department fix the door latch that was disconnected during other inspection work and something simple, the technician not putting back the glove box latches both suggested that the ATTENTION TO DETAIL WAS LACKING which calls into question what the rest of the repair quality is for the service completed. Perceived reputation brought me to Shottenkirk which is 3 times further away from me than Bob Brown’s dealership. Sorry to say, the experience has been less than impressive More
