My main issue, purchased a BRAND NEW 2024 vehicle with 300 miles and the driver window and willing to do whatever it takes to get your business. It’s embarrassing and disheartening going through a drive thru with a new Shottenkirk tag on your car and having to open your door to get your order because the window won’t roll down. I also dislike where it’s “required” to have to purchase the $895 1 year protection. If it’s required why not just put it in the price. More
