Requested a car wash, i drive 95 miles to get oils changed. Was told it was washed. It was not. He said he washed the wrong truck. Felt like it was just an oh well get ya next time exchange. We were not notified our vehicle was finished, and arrived 15 minutes before we thought they closed. Nobody was around, except at the front desk.
