I got charged $160 for a diagnostic fee. Although I had 2 other mechanics tell me the issue. I told Colby that. Still got charged. Even after I agreed to order the part. I tried to get my $160 back at pickup but Colby was gone. Other workers didn't want to help. I think I deserve the diagnostic fee back. Wont be back for future repairs if this is how things work..
