I got charged $160 for a diagnostic fee. Although I had 2 other mechanics tell me the issue. I told Colby that. Still got charged. Even after I agreed to order the part. Most places dont charge if you agree to do the work. So I tried to cancel the work and he said it would be 35% restock fee.Nothing to restock since the part was on backorder!. Very unhappy. I tried to get my $160 back at pickup but Colby was gone. Other workers didn't want to help. I think I deserve the diagnostic fee back. Wont be back for future repairs if this is how things work..
