Ordered tires on your website with 'find my tire' and then set up an appt to have them installed the next day. Got confirmation and everything. Went to the dealership the next day for my scheduled appt. then set up an appt to have them installed the next day. Got confirmation and everything. Went to the dealership the next day for my scheduled appt. but, they didn't have my tires bc the 'find my tires' app doesn't actually order the parts to the store or something. How frustrating is that to schedule my whole day around this appt (single mom of 4 kids!) and make arrangements for childcare just to be told I have to reschedule for the next day and reschedule childcare as well. Please figure out your website so that customers don't have to come back twice - it is super inconvenient and bad business. Why even offer the feature on the website? Also, this is my 3rd or 4th visit here and it hasnt been a good experience any time. My step-dad has been a service advisor at Karl's for 15 years or so and I am going to start driving all the way up to Ankeny again because I always am well taken care of. More
