I am very sorry you feel this way. When you brought in your vehicle it had a leaking coolant pump, you were provided an estimate and authorized the repairs. When you picked up the vehicle you asked about the possibility of General Motors helping with the repairs. We contacted General Motors about that but due to your vehicle having a Salvage Title, the warranty was voided by the manufacturer at that time and no assistance could be offered. We have explained this to you numerous times, and I am very sorry this is the case, but you told us you were aware that the vehicle had a salvage title as that is the way you purchased it. Likewise the reason we suggested the coolant flush was due to the age and mileage on the vehicle at the time of service. We do inspections whenever the vehicle is in for service and had the coolant pump been leaking earlier, it would have been brought to your attention at that time. It would have still been the same cost and likewise, the vehicle would have still had a salvage title at that time also.
