Car went in for a problem left it there for 5 hours and charged me 1150.00 labor. Dealer bought a lower mileage extended warranty then what I agreed to. Then lost their copy maybe on purpose. I had to bring my copy in for proof. Then it took the GM multiple days to approve. In on time and service advisor understood the problem with car. Was contacted by phone when problem was identified and what the fix would be.
