The service seems to have gone down from when I was there before. They could reproduce the transmission slipping. So I came and drove it with the tech. He thought he knew what he needed. I was told they ha before. They could reproduce the transmission slipping. So I came and drove it with the tech. He thought he knew what he needed. I was told they had the part and it would be done that day. I called them and found out a part had to be ordered. Then it was supposed to be done so again I called but they needed another day. I did get a call saying it was ready so we picked up. But the transmission is still doing the same thing. We are taking it back tomorrow so they can work on it again. More

Got great service on two tires both of them on the left side of the vehicle went flat. They’ve corrected both tires with a patch and a bead seal did it all and within three hours. great job side of the vehicle went flat. Staff seems less interested in interacting with customers. Really liked the dealership in 2017 but the past few years it has felt a little off putting.
