Asked to check noise, didn’t do it. 2022 already making uncommon noise. Didn’t put back one of the tire stem cap after checking air pressure, now missing one. We called to schedule an oil change, scheduler told us you were open until 1:00. Arrived to find service center closed. General manager was very nice, apologized, gave us a coupon for a free oil change. When I picked my car up from the oil change the gentleman at the service desk made comments about my Tahoe being purchased from a different dealer but that I was willing to come in there and accept a free oil change from them. It disappoints me because I love my Tahoe, it’s my second one, I’m getting ready to purchase a new one and I don’t think I will be doing that here. More
We had problem s with check engine light after servicing. It took three visits but they worked hard at solving the problem. They did give us a loner car after the second visit.
