Despite having scheduled an appointment, oil change took over an hour. Staff should have been proactive about letting customers know of delay. There were numerous employees milling around doing nothing prod over an hour. Staff should have been proactive about letting customers know of delay. Also, the settings on the vehicle’s seat was changed dramatically and should not have been touched in my opinion. Finally, there were a number of houseflies in the waiting area. Left poor impression. Without an appointment, I was promptly accepted into the “lineup” of customers for auto repair, that mid-morning! I was pleased—but still anxious—to hear that my 2017 Traverse’s (6-year-old) battery was def “lineup” of customers for auto repair, that mid-morning! I was pleased—but still anxious—to hear that my 2017 Traverse’s (6-year-old) battery was defective, and for about $250, in about 30 minutes, a new one can be installed. A new one for $275 was installed in 15 minutes! The old battery had failed twice in the 50 most recent starts. In the first few weeks, the new battery is off to a very good start! Yea! More

I was told it would be 1 hour It was over 2 hours when we w However this oil change went very bad. No one came to tell me why it was taking SO long. I was told it would be 1 hour It was over 2 hours when we went to check and they had damaged the oil plug and hadn't even started oil change. We had shuttle service take us home. I had cold groceries in the car. I got call at 4:30 the oil change and repair of plug was complete. We then had to drive back to pickup my car. More
