I was traveling through the Des Moines, Iowa area towing a fifth wheel from Denver to Vermont with my Duramax diesel Silverado. The tow vehicle was not able to charge the rig’s battery. A service adviser, Coltan Straker, sympathized with my predicament, allowed me to bump other customers, had my truck inspected, replaced the fuse, and allowed my trek to continue. I feel that was far beyond what I expected, it showed compassion. I would strongly recommend this dealership and suggest using Coltan’s name when purchasing a new Chevrolet. More

Took my sons Highlander in to have a diagnostic done on the transmission. They found nothing wrong. Drove it home, transmission fluid all over my driveway… big spot. Now, to be 100% fair, they refunded the diagnostic fee and did fix the issue, but I shouldn’t have had an issue to begin with. More
