Patrick, we apologize that you didn't receive the service you expected from us. We do have a monthly store meeting to celebrate employee accomplishments, birthdays, and work anniversaries and such altogether as a team. We strive to keep it quick and under 20 minutes but we understand your time is valuable and apologize for the inconvenience the meeting had caused. If you wish we would like to reimburse the cost of your oil change that you had done with us that morning. Thank you for the feedback and appreciate your understanding.
