I feel like we were taken advantage of, we were told at the Kia dealership that our payments would be what we needed them to be. When we got to the finance lady the payments were suddenly $50+ more per mon the Kia dealership that our payments would be what we needed them to be. When we got to the finance lady the payments were suddenly $50+ more per month and supposedly there was nothing they could do. We have excellent credit and had invested what out interest rate should be, but what we got isn't even close. The salesman should not get a bad rating the finance people should because they are taking advantage of people and making the whole dealership look bad. More

Kia is like family, we have bought multiple vehicles over the years for our family of 6 children. Everyone from the front desk receptionist to the Salespeople to the Service Department are all very friendly, the years for our family of 6 children.
