Great experience. Everything was ready to go when I got there. Signing papers, getting plates and all that only took a few moments and I was out and back to work! Wasn’t happy they tried to add $6900 dollars for extended warranty, gap insurance and another separate service plan for tires, dents etc. without being upfront about the cost. They just wanted to add it to t warranty, gap insurance and another separate service plan for tires, dents etc. without being upfront about the cost. They just wanted to add it to the loan and give the monthly payment. I had to ask multiple times for the cost of the extended warranty. More

No communication between the Kia dealership in the Chevrolet dealership. With Thursday to the Kia dealership was unable to make a deal on a Ford pickup truck. Was called on Friday by the general manag Chevrolet dealership. With Thursday to the Kia dealership was unable to make a deal on a Ford pickup truck. Was called on Friday by the general manager of the Chevrolet dealership to come in now this is a hour and 15 minute drive one way to the dealership. I sat at a table for an hour and a half by myself never offered a bottle of water or anything. Was told they couldn't tell me anything that they'd have to call me on Saturday. Between Thursday and Friday I have post you 7 hours wrapped up into this. Be nice if I can charge for my time. I know my credit score is not that great I'm a two-time cancer survivor so it gets a little expensive with the medical bills. But when one dealership tells you one thing and another dealership tells you a something totally different and they're both still shot in her less than two blocks apart selling the same truck. Previously I have bought two vehicles from shottenkirk Toyota across town I had nowhere near this amount of trouble. It was very depressing and a let down. More
Good - They answered when I called and were honest. Bad - everything else.... I had a check engine light come on and I took it to autozone to have them read it. I then called Shottenkirk service. I to Bad - everything else.... I had a check engine light come on and I took it to autozone to have them read it. I then called Shottenkirk service. I told them I had the diagnostic code and they too confirmed it. They quoted me $1,500 to replace the fuel pressure pump! Another place in town quoted me $500. ($1,000 difference) I went to pick up my car because I obviously wasn't going to have them replace it for that price and they handed me a bill for $80 (diagnostic fee). I said that was ridiculous because I already told them the diagnostic code and autozone does it for free. Bottom line.... their costs are ridiculous and the $80 diagnostic fee was disrespectful. They just lost a returning customer for it. More
