Had a great saleswoman named Val. We purchased the truck and we’re told that we could get service done after the purchase and a full detail. The truck went through the shop but without certified technicians so we had to bring the truck back again and we’re told that it would also be detailed. When we picked the truck up it had been washed but all the dirt from the previous owner was still in the truck. I stopped calling at that point and will not refer people that I know to buy from Shotinkirk Chevy. More
