I got the issue fixed. I was originally going to get an oil change but didn't need it, so I said don't change oil just the issue. I paid for it and didn't complain. I think sometimes issue between office and workers. This is the second time this has happened. Last time they fixed issue and forgot to change oil, so I had to go back again( hour away) to have oil changed. More

Chance was so helpful from the moment that he picked up the phone, to having the vehicle we were interested in pulled right up front for us when we drove on the lot.
