Worst service we have ever received. We have had our used car in 9 times in the first year. We have had to have the same rattle fixed 4 times and it is worse than ever. Post service, our vehice was ne used car in 9 times in the first year. We have had to have the same rattle fixed 4 times and it is worse than ever. Post service, our vehice was never test driven and we had to take the car right back. Eventually, they acted like we were a burden and we just wanted to get our car fixed. Jim wont return calls and we usually get sent to voicemail. DO NOT take your vehicle here for service. We ended up taking our vehicle to someone else and most of the items that were supposed to be repaired were actually never touched. Very dissappointed. Be warned More

Absolute fiasco...bought a "certified" used GMC Yukon Shottenkirk. Had all sorts of issues, returned the vehicle to the dealership 9 times in the first three months to have all sorts of nuisance re Yukon Shottenkirk. Had all sorts of issues, returned the vehicle to the dealership 9 times in the first three months to have all sorts of nuisance repairs done; dash gauge cluster had to be replaced, door handles that fell off, many of which should have been caught by the "certified" check that apparently probably never occurred. To top it all off I went to trade the truck in 10 months later for a Denali XL and realized the truck didn't even have a spare tire on it. Please tell me how a $40k truck passes a "GM" certified inspection with NO spare tire!!! it also took them 6 weeks to get me the right manual, they originally gave me a manual that was two years older than my truck! Way better options for ethical car dealerships in the Des Moines metro area I suggest avoiding these guys!! More
Dealership was very very helpful. Was in a unique situation for trades. Had two cars to trade. One of the cars was a total loss but still got great money for it and the other one was a caddilac th situation for trades. Had two cars to trade. Justin took the time to listen and found me a car that I absolutely love and new from the start. He was easy to get along with and wasn't pushy at all. I also have to say that Scott Brown is very easy going as well and when he gave me the price out the door with trades he honored it even after the computer forgot something. Highly recommend that you go there. More

I will tell all my friends and family that this is the place to go!! I did comparison shopping on the internet before I headed out. When I went to these guys I realized real quick that they had better prices than any of the other dealers I was looking at, plus the condition of their cars was so much better. Walked inside the door and immediately could tell what a friendly atmosphere it was. No pressure sales here.. which I had been dreading. My salesman was very knowledgable.. could answer all my questions for me, plus told me everything I needed to know.. things I had forgotten to ask. I am so excited that I have found a dealership that I can enjoy going to for all my car needs!! More

STAY AWAY FROM JASON, THE FINANCE MANAGER! We caught STAY AWAY FROM JASON, THE FINANCE MANAGER! We caught Jason being intentionally deceitful. Near 8pm, family was exhausted but we politely sat as he at STAY AWAY FROM JASON, THE FINANCE MANAGER! We caught Jason being intentionally deceitful. Near 8pm, family was exhausted but we politely sat as he attempted to set up the sell of some warranty. I anticipated the close, but it never happened. There was no "This is the product. Would you like it?" He simply presented us a stack of papers and proceeded to tell us where to sign. Three documents in, was the warranty. He says something like "this is the power-train warranty." I skim the document and sign. He gives us cards for a towing service that came with the warranty. Then it clicks. I don't remember being told the vehicle came with a warranty?! He is about to slide me the contract for the Disability Insurance he mentioned earlier and I say "Wait." "Does the vehicle COME with this warranty or is it extra?" I ask. He says it's included with the price. I attempt to clarify, "does this come with the van, or is it extra?" He says "It's included with the $363 payment." He PURPOSEFULLY avoids answering the question! A WILLFUL ATTEMPT AT DECEIT! I am incredulous, my wife is looking at me as if we should leave, and my kids are really ready to leave. But I give the purchase another shot. I told him I want the vehicle and nothing else. He tries to sell me on the services again. I am put my hands on the desk and tell him I don't care about how the services lessen the impact of unforeseen events, I just want the car. Watch out for this guy or maybe all the Finance Managers there. I hate to think of how many people he suckered before me. The cost of the package he was pushing was more than additional $1,000 over the vehicle price. Their website espouses values like honesty and integrity.
