Customer care (a lady) was very welcoming at first. As things progressed a guy from the team was extremely rude and asked me to go get my car checked else where. Pretty much, the guy ruined the whole e As things progressed a guy from the team was extremely rude and asked me to go get my car checked else where. Pretty much, the guy ruined the whole experience as soon as he started speaking. The lady gave him a shocked look as he was speaking rudely to me. He then calmed down but it was too late. If he didn’t want to provide the service, he should have mentioned at the very beginning not after I paid almost $700 for the repair. Unprovoked behaviour like this might be why I will try to find other places to go fix my car. Thank you for fixing cars issue, I’d recommend that this guy fix’s his temper issues as well. Customers aren’t there to listen to to this guys (I believe his name was Scott, as far as remember) temper. More
