I found Shottenkirk on an internet search because I was interested in test driving a Chevy Volt. I was contacted the same day by Dave in internet sales. Dave was friendly and fun to work with. Our experience with our purchase from Shottenkirk was extremely over the top!! At NO time DID we EVER feel like we were pressured, hounded or beat to death to make our purchase. We can comfortably say it was totally our decision to make our purchase. Actually we spent so much time there checking out every option available to us that we had lost track of time but our Sales Rep Ed Heathcote never made us feel like he was missing out on anyone else. He and his team made us feel like we were the most important people on the planet while we were there. And they still continue along with everyone else at Shottenkirk Chevy dealership to make us feel like we are the most important people on this planet.
