Bad service, won't call you back! I purchased my truck over a year and half ago and they still have not got it to run in 4wd with out it clicking. It has 10856 miles on it and they hav I purchased my truck over a year and half ago and they still have not got it to run in 4wd with out it clicking. It has 10856 miles on it and they have to replace the front end drive line. Last I heard they were trying to figure out who was going to pay for it. This has been going on for over a year. They will not CALL ME to give any updates on when they are going to fix it. More

My SSR was delivered to my doorstep even before the estimated delivery date. Awful Our vehicle has been serviced by Shottenkirk multiple times, we liked the idea of a Chevy certified dealer working on our vehicle so we would know tha Our vehicle has been serviced by Shottenkirk multiple times, we liked the idea of a Chevy certified dealer working on our vehicle so we would know that everything was done correctly and up to Chevy standards. Unfortunately, that was not the experience we had. First and foremost, the communication received from Shottenkirk left much to be desired. We were initially told that our cars issues were the result of the wrong coolant being put into our car. When we explained to them that they are the only people who have had/put fluids into our car the story changed. Now we were being told that there was not enough coolant protectant in the car, causing the fluid to freeze. It was only when they realized that our car is under a rebuilt title that they switched their story back to the wrong fluids were put into the vehicle. Upon inspection of the bill from our vehicle Shottenkirk promises that they will inspect the coolant level, and reservoir to make sure there are no cracks or leaks and to ensure the proper amount of coolant is in the tank. Our vehicle was last inspected by Shottenkirk at the end of September and we were now having coolant issues at the end of December/early January. When asked if they check the coolant every time the car is in the shop, they responded “they are supposed to.” After we addressed this issues with Shottenkirk, we were initially told that due to communication issues they would assist with our bill. We were then informed that because they had given us an estimate of the price they were no longer willing to negotiate even though the price we paid was over $300 more than the estimated price. We were told that our experience will be used as a learning experience for Shottenkirk, so they can try not to have these issues in the future. I urge you to reconsider taking your vehicle to Shottenkirk before you also get stuck with a bill of $1300 so they can learn a lesson in customer service. More
