I trust my pickup with them and appreciate the prompt friendly service I receive. Service manager Scott can get rude and ask me to “take your car to another service center”. Of course, when I confronted him he doesn’t remember this. Well, I’d say follow his advice and take your car els your car to another service center”. Of course, when I confronted him he doesn’t remember this. Well, I’d say follow his advice and take your car else where. This service center is where the costs are high and the customer service quality is low. Repair costs for my car went from about $1300 to around $700 due to “fat fingering”. Oops. The numbers changed only after the manager was on call and after some back and forth. Guess who the manager is, Scott again. It’s a viscous cycle of bad experience here. More
