I found Shottenkirk on an internet search because I was interested in test driving a Chevy Volt. I was contacted the same day by Dave in internet sales. Dave was friendly and fun to work with. We can comfortably say it was totally our decision to make our purchase. We went to Shottenkirk due to a referral from a friend and were immediately greeted at the door and met with Josie Morin. I had given her the information of what we were looking for and she had everythin and were immediately greeted at the door and met with Josie Morin. She knew all of the details about the vehicle and how everything works. Made us feel right at ease immediately. I had been dreading the negotiation part of the deal and it was painless. She presented me the numbers, I countered with what I could work with and they came back with a deal I could live with. While I was meeting with the financial gentleman, the other associates entertained my children. We drove away with a new vehicle.
