The finance guy tried convincing me to get the warranty. I told him twice I did not want it. He disregarded my request, included it in there and did not disclose the terms of the loan to me. I noticed an oil spot on my garage floor. Assumed part of the oil change when the filter was removed. Found out after several days of oil on the floor, the drain plug was loose. Not sure how a tech can put the plug back in with out tightening. It was finger loose! Drove 200 plus miles with a loose drain plug. More
