BEWARE! DISHONEST AND INEXPERIENCED!!! WILL charge you for unessasary repairs and loe to you!!! Took truck in because it was dieing while driving. Had it che DISHONEST AND INEXPERIENCED!!! WILL charge you for unessasary repairs and loe to you!!! Took truck in because it was dieing while driving. Had it check for codes on my code reader and knew something with wiring was bad. They diagnosed and charged me 160 for diagnosis it as needing a new fuse box!!! After spending 979 bucks on that took the truck off lot and it broke down the same as before 3 miles away. Had it towed back Shottenkirk agreed to pay for tow after I complained to the manager. 2 hours later they said the truck now had a "NEW CODE" so they check and a wire has just came loose on the wiring harness but they were SURE that was not like that before LOL. First off I have a code reader so I happen to know that code was present prior to the truck being towed there. THESE guys simply seen an opportunity to take the easy way out and it cost me almost 1000 for a new fuse box I didn't need. They have never attempted to make it right by even giving me a refund for at least labor and diagnosis the story about it being a "NEW CODE" that was a downright lie. They need to be held accountable for mistakes and stop looking at $$$ and give honest diagnoses with through work. More
I have to always call back for follow up. They had it 3 weeks with no communication besides me calling. The part I am waiting on causes oil to leak on my driveway and others. Poor service in my opinion! Seems like service after the sale since it’s on their dime is really lacking! Don’t get me wrong the work itself is fine. But getting there is the hard part. More
