Don’t recommend, I only got an hour away from the dealership and the car broke down on the side of the road. They also put all these extras onto my loan that I never said I wanted; what should have b dealership and the car broke down on the side of the road. Last they said my loan was for 36 months MULTIPLE times when I got the paperwork it says for 48 months. Very untrustworthy people, would never go back. More

Our salesman Ryan was awesome. In fact the customer service from everyone was great until the end. We had some missing paperwork, so we had to complete the process the next day. From the beginning they had been working we me (not my husband) from setting up the appointment to getting all the needed paper work. Answering all needed questions. Then when everything is done and fished they ONLY call my husband. This left a bad taste in my mouth. I feel that since they were working with me the whole time and we had even talked over text that morning at the least they could have done was follow up with me (like i asked twice) with letting me know everything was wrapped up and ask who was picking up the new vehicle. I felt this was done because I was a female and they just naturally ASSUMED that my husband would be the one picking up the vehicle. Just makes me mad and disappointed. The service was great the only problem was they had a messed up oil gun which put two extra guarts of oil in my motor . Was not running right on the way home . It was blowing white smoke out of the exhaust pipes . That’s when the service manger found out it had been over filled . He took care of the problem right away and I was on my way home . I got one thought would be for the last thing to do on all oil changes would be to pull the oil stick out and check the oil level . More
