I asked how much an oil change was with dexos1 and was told $60. I Said that was great because I had a $25 off coupon from Midas and the price match Shottenkirk coupon. Instead of $60, I ended up being c told $60. I Said that was great because I had a $25 off coupon from Midas and the price match Shottenkirk coupon. Instead of $60, I ended up being charged $73.83 minus $25 for a total of $48.83. Christian was excellent and checked to be sure my fluids were topped off even to go so far as to top them off for me. My experience has always very professional and proper. If I need a ride it was available and to be picked up the car was sent to pick me up. Things were explained what needed to be done. I scheduled an oil change appointment for 2:30pm, after getting there @ 2:20pm, it wasn't until almost 3pm before my car was taken to get the oil change. I didn't get out of there until around 3:45pm. To getting there @ 2:20pm, it wasn't until almost 3pm before my car was taken to get the oil change. I didn't get out of there until around 3:45pm. To me that is a little long to be waiting. In past I have always been in and out within an hour. More
