Was told we could come for oil change when service area was closed. Your girls in the office took 0 responsibility for the misinformation. As I stated yesterday I have been very satisfied with the experience with the exception of the dealings with the financial person on Monday night. As I stated in my review it's like I was held hostage in the experience with the exception of the dealings with the financial person on Monday night. As I stated in my review it's like I was held hostage in the room till I gave in to his demands. And further more when I made the deal on the showroom floor my payment jumped almost 120 dollars witch I did not agree to. Other than that I am and have been ok with my purchase. More

Friendly garage staff, very rude girl at service desk. No eye contact at first, seemed irritated that I was there. Minimal explanation of what was wrong and why I needed the work done.
