Dylan, the service writer,was very helpful and listen to all of my concerns. The receptionist sent me to a reservation center instead of the service writer desk. The reservation center is fine to make oil c all of my concerns. The receptionist sent me to a reservation center instead of the service writer desk. The reservation center is fine to make oil change appointments but when there is an issue- you need to speak to a service writer. I had to call back and ask for a service writer. That was annoying. Overall the experience was good. More

Great service! I brought my vehicle in for the 2 nd time for the same issue which should have been fixed back in September. I feel because it was an issue that re I brought my vehicle in for the 2 nd time for the same issue which should have been fixed back in September. I feel because it was an issue that returned that I shouldn’t have been charged $129 for a diagnostic fee. Josh did a fine job of fixing the same issue but again it should have been fixed right the time. More
