We called to schedule an oil change, scheduler told us you were open until 1:00. Arrived to find service center closed. General manager was very nice, apologized, gave us a coupon for a free oil change. When I picked my car up from the oil change the gentleman at the service desk made comments about my Tahoe being purchased from a different dealer but that I was willing to come in there and accept a free oil change from them. It disappoints me because I love my Tahoe, it’s my second one, I’m getting ready to purchase a new one and I don’t think I will be doing that here. More

We had problem s with check engine light after servicing. It took three visits but they worked hard at solving the problem. They did give us a loner car after the second visit. The service seems to have gone down from when I was there before. They could reproduce the transmission slipping. So I came and drove it with the tech. He thought he knew what he needed. I was told they had the part and it would be done that day. I called them and found out a part had to be ordered. Then it was supposed to be done so again I called but they needed another day. I did get a call saying it was ready so we picked up. But the transmission is still doing the same thing. We are taking it back tomorrow so they can work on it again. More
