Despite having scheduled an appointment, oil change took over an hour. Staff should have been proactive about letting customers know of delay. There were numerous employees milling around doing nothing prod over an hour. Staff should have been proactive about letting customers know of delay. There were numerous employees milling around doing nothing productive so that made the wait less tolerable. Also, the settings on the vehicle’s seat was changed dramatically and should not have been touched in my opinion. Finally, there were a number of houseflies in the waiting area. Left poor impression. Overall, very dissatisfied with this visit. More
