I took my car in for Warranty-covered work. The service rep was friendly when I dropped off my car on Friday evening. When Monday afternoon came and I had no phone call, I proceeded to call to check on the rep was friendly when I dropped off my car on Friday evening. When Monday afternoon came and I had no phone call, I proceeded to call to check on the status of the work. The rep told me she would check on it and call me back. 1 1/2 hours later with no call, I called again. She said they would look at it on Tuesday and get back to me. When I didn't get a call again by Tuesday afternoon, I called to check on the status of the work and was told they would have to get parts and it should be done Wednesday. Wednesday evening I was told they would have to overnight the part and it should be done Thursday. My car was there and sat until Wednesday before being looked at. Ridiculous. More
