I cannot begin to express how wonderful the people are at Suss Buick GMC. They always go above and beyond the call of duty whether I am there for a routine oil change or other automotive needs. I love how they return my car washed after each visit, what a wonderful touch of excellence. These folks are obviously working hard to maintain a reputation of excellence and integrity. Too often you run into people who are marking time but not really committed to working to earn their paycheck that is not the case at Suss Buick GMC they care about their customers and it shows in all the little details that they provide, like coffee and tea for the customers who are waiting, loaner vehicles for those who cannot wait and in addition to all that they provide superior service. I have never had to bring my car back because the problem was not fixed. What a pleasure to find folks who care about what they are doing and care enough to excel. I won't go anywhere else. More

I bought my 2007 Lucerne CXS in July of 2007. I was treated with respect and fairness. At the time that did not seem so extraordinary so I did not bother with a review.
