Not honoring their advertised price I saw a vehicle I liked online at an advertised price and took a picture of the price, so I got in contact with their online chat employee and she con I saw a vehicle I liked online at an advertised price and took a picture of the price, so I got in contact with their online chat employee and she confirmed that the vehicle was available and even gave me the same price that was online so she was going to transfer me over to a sales person to get the process started. They called me and inmediately wanted me to do the credit app but could not give me a straight answer on the price and said they would get back with me, they never called so I called hours later and they wanted $4,000 more that the advertised price while blaming their marketing department and did not want to honor the price from a mistake that was made by them. Its a sorry way to do business in my opinion. More
