A few weeks ago I had an emergency problem with my Venza. I pulled into the garage, & Chris took care of me.He was expedient in processesing the necessary paperwork, & made sure that I was comfortable. Chris & Lori had arranged for a loaner car, so that I could go to work. When the Venza was done, I returned the loaner car. My car had been washed & well taken care of. The nature of the work was explained to me. The 2 of them could not have made anyone feel more welcome. More
