We were on vacation and the Check Engine light along with VSC lights appeared on the car. I was able, thanks to SeaShore Campsite customer service, to find that Shore Toyota was the closest Toyota dealersh VSC lights appeared on the car. I was able, thanks to SeaShore Campsite customer service, to find that Shore Toyota was the closest Toyota dealership. We called to verify the hours and to make sure we could be checked out the same day. From the moment we entered into the drop off area, Lori was quite courteous and took down the problems and immediately checked for error codes. She directed us to the waiting area which was clean and there was a movie on the TV for our entertainment. Our time in the shop was 3 hours total. Lori kept us updated on what they were investigating and what was going on during the entire time. She was quite pleasant during the entire experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership because what was a very stressful experience was turned into a very pleasant experience thanks to Lori's customer service skills. And we had a great laugh once we found out what happened. Thanks Shore Toyota for helping us find the cause and correcting it with a reasonable price. More

Dealer resurfaced front rotors and changed brake pads; charged A/C; changed oil and filters. Had the work completed before 2 PM (4 Hours). Car was washed and waiting for me. 100 miles from home with major repair. Lori and Ralph did the extra things like putting the tow hook back in place and doing the recall which was not asked for. Made the initial repair properly. I was on vacation at the Jersey shore and needed my car's a/c looked at and fixed. Although the service department couldn't replace the part I ultimately needed, and it took a while to find the problem, Dav a/c looked at and fixed. Although the service department couldn't replace the part I ultimately needed, and it took a while to find the problem, Dave and his mechanics were extremely helpful, and apologetic when they couldn't permanently fix the problem. They put in a temporary solution, so I wouldn't spend more of my vacation on this, didn't over-charge me, and told me about the recent recall on the vehicle. It's never fun to deal with car problems on vacation, but Dave made the process as painless as possible. He seemed really concerned with my experience at the dealership, and my comfort level on the trip back to Indiana. Thanks a lot! More
