I initially contacted Lori by her " personnel " cell phone, only the truly incredible employees give out that number but even that is not the most surprising part, Lori's very young daughter had a terrible accident at home and needed her mom and dad very much even during this incredibly stressful period she managed to field my calls while she was off work tending to her daughters needs all the while providing a level of customer service that is beyond description I honestly cannot say enough about this woman she is what we management types call " value added " and deserves my respect and admiration as an outstanding employee but most of all; an outstanding person.
