When I needed a new car, they called me after seeing I was doing online research. I told the sales manager that I was unhappy with the experience last time, but was willing to give it another shot, and I wanted everything upfront with no stalling and no hidden agenda. I went to the dealership and met Tammy, and told her I would not make a decision that night. I was interested in a 2010 Yaris they had for sale. I was impressed that before the test drive, she popped the hood and showed me all the mechanics. As a female shopper, I had never had a dealer do that before. I took the car for a test drive and liked it, but there were a couple features that made it a little iffy. I didn't buy the car, choosing a Honda instead. But I found Tammy to be honest, forthright and professional, and would urge anyone shopping at Shore Toyota to ask for her. More
