Used car sales Came from a great distance to Purchase a used Cadillac SRX...the car was on demo... we said we would come back the next day to purchase the vehicle. Came from a great distance to Purchase a used Cadillac SRX...the car was on demo... we said we would come back the next day to purchase the vehicle...(he should have had the car detailed)... when we came the car was never cleaned. Found sticky floor mats... French fries between seats.. not vacuumed car was left with 0 miles of gas left!!! Well below empty!! When you spend that much money car should be given to you with a full tank of Gas or at least some gas in it!! Salesman should have checked the car before we came. After reviewing our post manager George called and was very helpful and tried to rectified our problem , we experienced the day we purchased the vehicle . He was very apologetic and made it his best interest to make us happy! Thank you so much George we will definitely recommend your dealership! More
