He was very patient with my questions and he was very knowledgeable of these vehicles. I bought a 2010 Honda Accord. It is a fun car to drive/ nice size for parking and great for mileage. It took a little longer than I expected to process the loan approval, then all the paperwork before I was done and could drive home. Finance Manager and everyone at the dealership were very nice! I could not be any happier with their service and I would not hesitate to recommend Auto Liberty and Sammy to anyone looking to buy a good car. More

I have purchease my 2007 Cadillac xxx from Auto Liberty of Arlington. I'm very glad to find them, everyone was helpfull from sales person Shaun to Finance manager Mr. Johnathan. Purchased a vehicle from this dealership in May and still have not receieved my hard tags. Every time I call I am told the one who handles registration is either out to lunch, has stepped out of the office have not receieved my hard tags. I recently bought a 2002 BMW M5 way under book value. I ahve to shake my head at my experience. I purchased a vehicle , so I thought. To make a long story short, the deal was not approved. No one had the decency to contact me about the fiancing, and how to wo vehicle , so I thought. To make a long story short, the deal was not approved. Instead, I received a call from the Repossession company that my car needed to go back to the dealer - all to my surprise. I called the finance company, which I have already paid a car note, and they informed me that I must contact the dealer, AUTO LIBERTY OF ARLINGTON. Funny how they changed their name, but the same players are there. I have been going round and round, trying to settle the matter of returning my down payment of $1500. I have involved VA Consumer Affairs, and Better Business Bureau to assist with this matter. The customer service is NON EXISTENT. I am still in dispute, and the outcome hasn't been resolved yet. In the end, I would rather inform others, and go down fighting then have Auto Liberty of Arlington or Shiraz Imports roll over me. I will fight this to I am satisfied. More

I had a very horrible experience with Shiraz Imports. I was looking to buy my first car and it started getting bad when I walked in the door. First I asked him if i could pay for the vehicle over a 3 day was looking to buy my first car and it started getting bad when I walked in the door. First I asked him if i could pay for the vehicle over a 3 day period and he was fine with that actually he was a little too overly excited too put me on the payment plan. When I went to make my first payment I brought my boyfriend so he could look at the car and see if there was any problems and if I was getting a reasonable price as any person would when purchasing a car, Alex was very unhappy with this and tried to pursuade me into telling my boyfriend not to come. Then when my boyfriend actually did show up he had called his father to come see the car. Alex got very pissed off about this. He knew I had no idea about cars and was trying to sell me a car that had bad brakes all around and needed an inspection and needed new rotars. My boyfriends dad told me not to purchase the car for the price he was selling it for which was 4500.00. Alex ended up coming up with a contract that said he was selling me the car for 4000.00 he was going to replace the rotars and put on new brake pads, mind you I was signing this contract alone and assumed that brake pads meant all the brakes all around. He knew my boyfriends father said that the car needed new BRAKES. Anyway I got the problem fixed. Then a few months later I realized they had given me the wrong title to my car, I purchased a mitsubishi Lancer and they gave me the title for a Mitsubishi Eclipse when I called them about the issue they ran me around in circles for days all because they never actually had the title for the Lancer. When I told my boyfriend that they werent giving me the correct title he went down to the dealership to see what the problem was. Amim got in my boyfriends face calling him a motherf***** and the proceeded to throw a stapler at his head. The police were called and had to stay and supervise while Amim and Alex had to try to locate the correct title. I would never ever recomend Shiraz Imports to anyone. They are way to much of a headache and are the reason why car dealers are given a bad name. More
