From the start! Bought my Subaru brand new from Shingle Springs Subaru on 9-11-11. I have driven 50 miles one way up to have service and any repairs done by them. They are 100 percent honest and never try to play games on what repairs that need fixing. There customer service is the Best! They drive me and a friend to Placerville, about 15 miles up the road, so we can shop and have lunch, and pick us up when the car is ready to go. The customer service area is very clean, plenty of chairs, magazines, bathrooms, coffee, ...the works! Because I am now an older lady and having a reliable vehicle is paramount to me driving mostly alone, they make sure my car is up to par and SAFE! Recall and gas tank door fix Went here today to have my gas tank door looked at because it wouldn't close and to have the current recall for my Legacy fixed. Found out that the door wouldn't close because the cable came loose, nothing worse than that...and I was prepared to have to bring the car back to have a major fix done. Mason in the service department took care of me today with no charges and had me in and out with both services in about an hour. I can't tell everyone enough that this is the best place to go for service and for car buying. Everyone here is so nice and makes the effort to get to know you by name. I drive up from downtown Sacramento just to have my car serviced here because it's such a pleasant experience every time. And, this is the 3rd car that has been purchased here, between me and my family....I recommend Shingle Springs Subaru for service and for car buying to everyone wanting a hassle-free and pleasurable experience. More
