Great customer service I took my car to Shingle Springs Subaru for a recall and to have them look at my AC which was working sporadically. They fixed the recall problem pro I took my car to Shingle Springs Subaru for a recall and to have them look at my AC which was working sporadically. They fixed the recall problem promptly and said that the AC needed a new compressor. The car was fairly new, 50,000 miles so the technician, Mason, called Subaru and got the cost covered by a warranty even though I didn't have a warranty. He asked if I wanted it fixed right then while I was there. The dealer is an hour from my house so I said yes and it was fixed in 90 minutes. It saved me many 100's of dollars that Mason was able to get the cost covered by Subaru. I was so impressed that Mason did that. I thanked him profusely. I will definitely take my Subaru back to that dealership for problems, even though I hope I don't have any. I bought the Subaru because so many people say love theirs and it doesn't have many service problems. The customer service was excellent. More

Needed help immediatley I contacted this dealership because my 2010 Subaru had all kinds of lights flashing and was running really rough. They made me an appointment for th I contacted this dealership because my 2010 Subaru had all kinds of lights flashing and was running really rough. They made me an appointment for the next day and it turned out to be an expensive fix. The parts being very costly. I had some idea of what the problem was and they confirmed it for me. Brett was very helpful and supportive because I wanted to take the time to contact Subaru's customer service to see if they would help out on the cost of the repair, even though it was out of warranty. I did not receive help from Subaru and opted to have the repairs done at this dealership. Brett kept me informed every step of the way and my car was ready when expected, including a nice wash job. I was very pleased with my entire experience at this dealership and would definitely return and recommend them to others. As an aside, I first contacted another dealership closer to my home and could not get an appointment for 2 weeks, even though I told them my car was basically inoperative. Not acceptable. I would drive the extra miles to Shingle Springs anytime because I appreciated the way I was treated from the first phone call to the completion of work. More
Crazy little thing Brandon Fisher, (Service Manager) and his back up Dawn, Stacey and Marissa, gave me a fantastic customer service experience from phone call to finish. It turned out to be a bad door sensor, which would sporadically drain the entire charging system, a tricky thing to diagnose but Brandon stuck with it. He was professional, polite and unflappable. Multiple visits for factory recall We are very happy with the Subaru we bought from Shingle Springs Subaru. All of the employees we dealt with were courteous, friendly and professional. My only suggestion for improvement is that when Subaru acknowledges the need for a recall the part should be in stock at the dealership. It was a inconvenient to return to the dealership to have the analysis and then part installed. Initially the service technician I spoke with on the phone knew pretty much what the problem was because of the recall incidents. When I showed up at the dealership the part should have been there and installed. But instead the car was inspected and then I had to return to the dealership (40 miles from my home) to have the part installed. I close by saying we are very happy with our Subaru and the Shingle Springs staff. More

Mason is awesome I bought my second Subaru from Shingle Springs - everyone since then has been great. This last Friday (Aug 3rd) - I went in for my oil change and my car has been making a noise. Mason in service went above and beyond to seat down with me to go over the possibilities of the noise, update me half way through the inspection and then another update when things were done.
