The paperwork signed by you and my staff certainly contradicts your story, however I will leave that for the people reading your review to decipher an opinion. Your vulgar language and abusive nature during your visits and phone conversations with my team, is the exclusive reason for asking you to never return to this dealership for any future business. There is never a reason for my team members having to accept such awful behavior or language. Fortunately, I can count on one hand, in over 30 years, where we have asked a customer to not return to our dealership for any future business or service work. Oh I get it, you and your team hold no responsibility for your actions and the reason somone would have responded to your team in that way. When a dealerhsip says a transmission is failing and then refuses to replace it and allows an unsafe vehicle to leave their shop one has a right to be pissed. Even more so when a dealership fraudulently files insuance claims against their customers they have a right to be pissed too. I will see you in court...

Oh and considering my wife had the car before me in the same condition I can't wait to see your supposd proof that it wasn't damaged when I got the car. The only way you would have that proof is if your team doctors photos because I didn't damage your vehicle and you know it. You're a liying fradulent joke and I cant wait for you to have to pay me.

I was notified by my insurance today that the claim was dropped. When asked for the proof of the condition of the car before me having it and logs on everything he couldn’t provide it to my insurance company claiming “I have decided to wholesale this car in online auction. There is just too much drama with this customer and the claims process is dragging on too long.” I will leave that for the people reading my review to decipher an opinion.
