At the dealership there was no pressure or heavy sales tactics. They didn't have the color we wanted and found one at another dealership and set up a trade while we were in the office. The price we paid was extremely fair according to truecar.com, and we didn't even bother trying to negotiate. They also offered a fair price for the trade-in of our 2004 Pathfinder. After delivery, we got a thorough rundown and demonstration of the features. Highly recommended. More

I had researched 3 different makes of vehicles and was ready to go out and try them out. Met Gavin on the lot on a Saturday. No push at all. Lots of information from a friendly laid back fellow. I left and went to other dealers (Subaru and others) that same day and on Sunday. On Monday I went back to Shingle Springs to make my purchase. The vehicle I wanted did not have the option of leather seats. Cooper immediately said that he could make it happen. I could not believe that I was not told that the seats were just what they were and that was it. I got the vehicle I wanted and they "customized" it to my wants. You cannot ask for more than that. Claire set up the Bluetooth to my phone and even set up my favorite radio station on the quick buttons.
