First time buyer, lifetime customer I have been researching cards for at least 6 months. I decided on a Subaru for many reasons. Other Subaru owners cemented my decision, saying they would never own any other car. I stopped by Shingle Springs Subaru back in January to just see what they had. Tom Rockenbaugh greeted me, answered all my questions and never pressured me. He told me he knew I'd be back when I was ready to buy. He was right! I went to test drive the models I was considering (either a Crosstrek or a Legacy). I had decided that the only way I would even consider doing business that day was if they could get me into the exact car I wanted for no more than 4% over dealer invoice and the percentage rate that I had in my head. It turns out they were able to do both without my even having to negotiate! I honestly never felt pressured and I always felt that my concerns were addressed with honesty, from Tom to Brett the finance guy. Every person I have ever seen at that dealership has been professional, helpful and always has a smile on his/her face, ready to help. I just bought my first Subaru from Shingle Springs Subaru and I am now a lifetime Subaru owner who will be doing business with Shingle Springs Subaru from now on! More

Once we had done our homework and ready to get serious the process was smooth from start to finish. Originally we spoke with Aaron which was a very nice no pressure experience. Then when we came in to make the purchase Tim was there and walked us thru the process. Obviously we had to work with Brett which was an experience in itself! He was great and very upfront with everything. Last but not least was the crash course with Claire. . . We liked her training style of which was to give info but at any time we could interrupt with a question. So glad she gave us her business card but most likely knowing that she may regret having done so. We felt like the entire experience was professional/family oriented. We have much to learn with our new Outback and welcome our new member to the family. More

Easiest & Nicest car buying experience in 30years!! We'd heard through friends and advertisement that the Shingle Springs Subaru was a no pressure dealership. So we stopped by for a quick look on a Saturday morning a few weeks ago. We didn't have a lot of time but wanted to see in person the Forester which was the car we were pretty sure we wanted. Karl Anderson greeted us, we let him know we only had 30-40 mins due to appointed but hope we could get some information. Karl was very informative and showed us a Forester and then showed me how to email a link where we could get more details and then we could get back to him when we wanted and gave us his card. Two weeks went by and we hadn't had a chance to go back and do a test drive as we work in the Auburn area. We did do a test drive in Auburn on last Tuesday to make sure we wanted the Forester. Then gave Karl a call on a Thursday and let him know what we were looking for. By Friday night we pulled up at 6pm and drove home that night with our new Forester. Most all the negotiating was done over the phone. Everyone was extremely pleasant and efficient in their jobs from Karl to Brett-both working a little late on a Friday night to finish the deal. Then on Saturday Claire spent over an hour with me going over all the new bells and whistles. We HIGHLY recommend this dealership for their service and great staff. More

Tim made sure we got the car we wanted (came from Modesto) and the whole buying experience was low key and very enjoyable. Everyone, Tim, Todd,and Claire made the purchase easy. Highly recommend the dealership. More

Claire Barnett was great, we spent more time with her than it took to sign papers for the car, she showed all the tech features of the car and the basics too. More dealers should have a Claire. Brett Brophy did a good job explaining our lease package with maintenance program (something on our last purchase was not done). Great experience working with all these guys. More

I had done a lot of research on how much my trade-in was worth, and how much my Subaru should cost. M salesman fairly negotiated and actually got my new car down lower than expected and my trade-in exactly what it was worth. Our salesman was Randy. They have a designated young woman who goes over the car's features (more than I will ever need) and she is exceptional. Great Dealership, I would purchase another car from them in a heartbeat. More
