Working with Shingle Springs is how car buying should be. We negotiated over the phone a few days before we went in which took the anxiety of showing up to a car lot completely away. I showed up ready to buy a vehicle rather than ready to go to war. Everything was easy. Randy was fantastic over the phone, Wayne was great at getting us all set up, Claire was phenomenal at teaching me about the features of my new car and Jon was great in finance. Never once did I feel pressured. If I said no to something or had a question, I wasn't met with hostility or slimy sales tactics. My concerns and questions were all addressed honestly and respectfully. There are at least 6 Subaru dealerships withing a 30 mile radius of where we live and I would never hesitate to send anyone to Shingle Springs. They showed me that buying a car shouldn't be stressful or anxiety inducing. They have a customer for life with us! More

Best buying experience ever!! I bought my new outback on Saturday and I thought I got a fair deal. Then I got a call on Sunday from Tom and he said they owe me money cuz the car I I bought my new outback on Saturday and I thought I got a fair deal. Then I got a call on Sunday from Tom and he said they owe me money cuz the car I got was on sale. So I said" I'll be right over" 😃 best day ever!!! I think I need to buy a lotto ticket now. Easy to transact. New and pleasant showroom. Friendly. Not pushy. Car was delivered with wrong tire pressure after a dealer trade. Had to reflate next day which was a hassle. New car purchase Tim Gonzalez found me the perfect car for me. They gave me a rental car to go down to San Jose because my new car wasn't ready yet. The only problem Tim Gonzalez found me the perfect car for me. They gave me a rental car to go down to San Jose because my new car wasn't ready yet. The only problem I had is they tried to raise my interest rate (supposedly the bank rejected the low amount), I told them I was leaving and look elsewhere for the car if the interest rate doesn't go back down to the original rate quoted. Amazingly they went back down. More
2015 Subaru Impreza w/ some problems. Shingle Springs Subaru is awesome! Bought a 2015 Impreza and 4 days later noticed a huge dent in the rocker panel. Emailed with no response...doesn't Shingle Springs Subaru is awesome! Bought a 2015 Impreza and 4 days later noticed a huge dent in the rocker panel. Emailed with no response...doesn't sound so great but keep reading. We noticed about a month later the front tires had uneven wear and the car pulled hard to the right...keep reading 😊 We took the car in for alignment under warranty and when the report came back it stated someone must have hit something on the right side to make the alignment that far off and tires were showing secondary rubber. I showed Mason the service tech my original email which got no response. After a few emails and phone calls I talked to Bryant (GM). He had my car rechecked for any issues, sent over to a local body shop to fix the dent and replaced the tires! I was originally very distraught when we discovered the issues because we saved a long time to pay cash for the car but Shingle Springs Subaru made everything right. They even gave us a fully loaded loaner car at no charge! We would highly recommend Shingle Springs to buy your next new or used car. The purchase process was nice, no pressure. They have an awesome coffee machine, tv and nice kids area for service appointments. More
