Hands down the best experience!!! Really! I started my experience by bringing in my daughters Subaru for service. The service staff were exceptional. Everyone was kind friendly and eager to h I started my experience by bringing in my daughters Subaru for service. The service staff were exceptional. Everyone was kind friendly and eager to help. As I waited, I was told I would need further service on the vehicle. I was provided with a rental car, (Subaru legacy Limited). I returned the next day and picked up my daughters car. I was so impressed with the legacy I decided to purchase one. I began by talking to them about my wishes to buy a new car and was introduced to a salesman, “Wayne”. There was NO PRESSURE! I told them I wanted to buy a new Legact Premium and was shown several to choose from. I never felt pressured and was given an extremely fair price for my trade in. You may be thinking to yourself, “this is a paid review”, nothing could be further from the truth. After buying the car I was introduced to the service folks again and given a tour of the facilities. I was impressed by everyone employed there. They were truly happy to be there. If you’re in need of a reliable and trustworthy vehicle and want to deal with honesty from the moment they say hi, then this is the place for you! After the purchase, I was introduced to Claire Barnett. She went over the vehicle completely and invited me to return for a question and answer session in two weeks. What a great employee. She was cheerful and knowledgeable. Great job! Further, Three days after buying my car, a careless individual opened their door into my new car!😳 I brought it to the dealership and the service manager immediately asked for my keys and took the car to the detailers. My car was brought back within 10 minuets with the clear coat buffed out and the CilaJet coating I had purchased, (You want this coating!) reapplied and buffed. I sincerely enjoyed my experience! We contacted several shops near our location and no one was willing to address the issue in a timely manner. We decided to drive back to the nearest dealership which happened to be Shingle Springs Subaru, spoke to Dawn Davenport in customer service, and she shared our situation with Service Advisor Mason Bright. Although the shop was all booked, he got a tech on our little Forester, found and repaired the problem, offered to WASH the car, and had us back on the road with nothing more than a "Have a safe trip"! Exceptional service department Driving east out of Sacramento on a Saturday afternoon we noticed a strange noise coming from the front end of our 2017 Subaru. As we approached Shi Driving east out of Sacramento on a Saturday afternoon we noticed a strange noise coming from the front end of our 2017 Subaru. As we approached Shingle Springs we thought we should have it checked out and went to Shingle Springs Subaru where we met Mason Bright in the service department. He took the car for a short drive and suspected the noise was coming from a wheel bearing, but said the shop was booked solid for the next week but he would see what he could do. He said he would try to get a Tech to check the diagnosis on Monday and provided us with a rental car. Saturday evening he called and said that a Tech had checked the car and confirmed a wheel bearing was causing the noise and that he would try to schedule the work to be completed by the next Tuesday when we would be passing through town once again. First thing Tuesday morning he called and confirmed the car would be ready by noon. I've been driving for more than 60 years and have never experienced such friendly and responsive service from either a dealer or independent garage. I recommend Shingle Springs Subaru to any looking for a favorable dealer experience. More

From the very first time she brought her Legacy GT to Shingle Springs Subaru, she's never looked back' The staff in the Service department are top notch! When it came time to retire the Legacy GT, we looked no further than Shingle Springs Subaru. If their service department is so easy going and joy to work with, what could go wrong? We were given the red carpet treatment and actually had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Bryant McCarver (Executive General Manager) and what a gentleman Bryant is and so patience. We also had the pleasure of meeting Mike Stewart in sale's. He was very helpful and between Bryant and Mike my wife drove away happily in her new 2017 Impreza Sport. We would highly recommend Single Springs Subaru for a New or Used Car and did mentioned that their Service Department is top notch! More
