Ungry , disappointed A oil change $ 92 dollars ??, other dealers ( like Golf mill ford ) have reasonable prices, they also wash your car and only take 40 minutes (I was w A oil change $ 92 dollars ??, other dealers ( like Golf mill ford ) have reasonable prices, they also wash your car and only take 40 minutes (I was waiting more than two hours). Before I leave the dealer I heard a noise....they let loose one of the engine covers. The guy told me that come back when the car get 3.000 miles not 5.000 ( why if they put synthetic oil???) Everything wrong. Sorry but my experience in this Sherman dealer always is terrible . More

Come on in-we can't do it! I called saying I needed air conditioning service and while I was there the cruise control recall fix. Went in and after suggesting other services (which I had done (they informed me that the machine that provides the air conditioning service had broken the day before. I have rescheduled the air conditioning service for 9/27 (when the machine should be repaired). Couldn't they just have scheduled it for 9/27 on the original call? Then the second trip wouldn't have been necessary. Can't wait for the third appointment to really get this fixed! p.s. Thanks for not recognizing Joe as part of your staff. More

service guys all the time they give you diffrent prise for service they try to charg me 125 labor for filter replacment i did it in 15 min. Same think whit transmission fluid on my last bill was recomendation to change for 199$ when i came next time service guy say 336 but when i say u told me 199 hi start switching thinks in computer just to dont show me prise. but i see it was on monitor 199 i ask him , then ehh you know its plus some other parts. i buy my truck in sherman buy it was my last time when i came here. other service guy say 566$ for same service. Go away from this guys More

Oil leak I went in for a warranty repair( timing cover oil leak) and they had my car for 2 weeks.
