Oil change on my 2015 Jeep Service was quick but I had to wipe up several drippings of oil on top of engine and radiator area. Did not provide a car wash as do other dealers. Well when we got there friday we talked to Lester and dealt with him, he told us if we consent for diagnostic fee of $150(thought this was charged only if they do hear the problem that we were there to address), we also mentioned that the car was pulling to the left from 2 months ago that I took it for an oil change and the clicking sound(that itself is another issue) all we asked Lester was "hey when you guys work on suspension do you guys do an alignment or do you even recommend it?" Because it was never mentioned to me. He said "well in cases like that you guys should had brought it sooner, to get it fix." Ok, I get that, we took a while to address the problem. But why isn't it recommended? fee or no fee, why isn't ask to the customer that the car needs an alignment to get fix? That day that I went for an oil change and the sound in the back (2 months ago) they worked themselves to the front and when they called me the parts where already apart. Bill Koller never ask for my consent to work on it. I said "well can we get it fix later, I have to go" he then said "well is already apart we put it back together we will have to charge you". Well apparently this was the case here yesterday. After 3 business days that my truck was there, the tech and service writer took it upon himself to do the alignment without first consulting with us whether we wanted it fix or not. Courtesy "Hey, so we don't hear any clicking noise, but now that we have your truck here we do see the issue about the car pulling to the left and we recommend an alignment is this much, would you like us to fix it?" But that wasn't the case. So to our surprise Chris G. tell us it will be this much because they took it upon themselves to fix and charge later. Of course we are upset! No one gave the go to work on that issue that it wasn't even brought in for. We then proceed to go back and forth, he later says "I was trying to be nice but now you'll get charge this"( I'm wondering when was he trying to be nice). At this point the Director takes over and so we start talking to him which then we calmed down because he wasn't talking like Chris was. Later in that situation Chris gets in the conversation again and tell the director that we always do the same thing and that we don't want to pay. How do they expect us to pay after they take it upon themselves to fix and charge later. And later he says "well at the end of the day I go home with a car that works and you guys go home with a truck that doesn't (well great for him)" More

Oil change, rotated tires. This dealership let’s you schedule service for oil changes. They then send you a confirmation with your scheduled service. We showed up for our oil SCHEDULED and CONFIRMED appt 5 mins before the appointment. We were told you could not schedule an appointment regardless of the fact that we did. We were told it was at least a 3 hour wait and given some weird analogy about how it was similar to making a doctors appointment. You make the appointment at the doctor but that’s to just fill out the paperwork and you might sit there for awhile. The guy was nice. Gave us his card and said to call him and he would sneak us in when it calmed down. We stayed in the neighborhood bc we don’t live over there. Called him and he told us to come at 1 and we would get in. Brought it in and waited 2 hours and 15 mins for the work to be done. So basically had a scheduled and confirmed oil change appointment at 10am and didn’t get out till 330pm. Watched my car sitting in a spot for 15 mins before anyone came to get us to check us out. Really wish they honored their scheduled appointments or at the very least didn’t lie and say we would get “snuck” in. If I knew it was going to take close to 3 hours in the afternoon, I would have just stayed and got it done instead of wasting my entire Saturday trying to get an oil change. More
I had to return to the shop a total of 3 times. I had to return to the shop 3 times to completely finnished. The very next day the problem was still there so, I returned. I waited 90 minutes and they came to me and asked that I return the following day because they were unable to get my jeep in for a mechanic to look at it and try to fix it. I returned later that week and they ultimately found the problem and replaced the fuse, I'm wondering if it was just the fuse in the first place instead of having to replace the electronic traction control system. More
