Alexis, We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. It is never our intention for a guest to leave our dealership dissatisfied. We also apologize for the long wait time while your vehicle was being serviced, although we have a high volume of vehicles coming in our service department daily since we sell a large amount of vehicles each day. We also did suggest other vehicles that may have been a better fit for you , but you insisted on a SUV. We sold you a 2009 NIssian SUV for $7,803 with 80,186 miles. Used vehicles are more prone to maintenance issues although all of the vehicles are inspected when we receive them as well as when they are sold. We worked with you and your credit as well as money down to get you a vehicle you could afford. We suggested others vehicles as well, this was not your only option. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience , We will be issuing your money back to you. you will be contacted shortly about this matter.
