Extremely lacking in customer service My husband and I recently moved to Chicago and needed an oil change in our Jeep Grand Cherokee. We had also been losing air in one of the tires, so w My husband and I recently moved to Chicago and needed an oil change in our Jeep Grand Cherokee. We had also been losing air in one of the tires, so wanted them to check that tire as well. We arrived at the service center on time. The service agent tried to pressure us into a number of different preventative services, system flushes and filter replacements without even looking at the vehicle to see what was needed. I told him that neither my husband nor I are currently working because of Covid 19 and would just like the oil change and tire looked at today. We would consider the additional services when we were back working again. After 30 minutes of arguing, we finally agreed to have two filters replaced (I was never told if the filters even needed replacement after inspection). After 2 1/2 hours, the vehicle was finally finished. We had to walk to the cashier to pay for our services - got lost twice along the way and had to ask different workers for directions. We were handed the keys and told our vehicle was "out front" when we were ready. We walked out the door we came in earlier that day and searched for about 10 minutes for our car. I finally had to push the panic button on my key fob to find our car. It was parked clear out in the dealership, 4 rows back. We would have NEVER found it without the panic button. My brother is a service technician in a Jeep dealership in another state, so I have always taken extremely good care of my vehicles. I have never been treated so rudely and pressured into having "preventative" services on my vehicle before - especially before anyone even looked at the status of the vehicle! More

I did not feel pressured in any way as I have experienced elsewhere.Although I did have a small issue with my vehicle a dew days after purchasing and I called Chris right up and he helped me get it fixed without a hassle. I would most certainly recommend Chris and Sherman Dodge to friends and family. You guys have a real gem on your hands and keep up the great customer service Chris! More
